What to expect on Royal Caribbean’s R900K Global Cruise

Global cruises are becoming increasingly popular, allowing travelers to see some of the most sought-after destinations while cruising around the world.
The 274-night cruise will cross seven continents and visit 150 destinations in 65 countries, as well as the 11 Great Wonders of the World.
Aboard the Serenade of the Seas, the much sought-after voyage is dubbed “the world’s longest and most comprehensive cruise.”
The ship will begin its round trip from Miami on December 10, 2023 until September 10, 2024.
According to the Washington Post, prices range from $ 61,000 (around R900,000) to $ 112,000.
The itinerary will include 57 new cruise-exclusive destinations including Casablanca in Morocco, Qaqortoqin in Greenland and Shimizu in Japan.
Also, it will tick bucket list attractions like Machu Picchu in Peru and Taj Mahal in India.
Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley described it as “the world cruise of world cruises.”

“To travelers who are wondering where to go next, we say ‘everywhere’,” he said.
Serenade of the Seas offers a host of award-winning experiences and amenities to keep travelers comfortable during the nearly year-long trip. In addition to shore excursions, travelers can enjoy spa treatments, shopping, art auctions, pool parties, wine tastings, outdoor movie nights and more.
Culinary experiences are also a hit with plenty of options to keep you satisfied. These include casual dining at Windjamme, upscale at Chef’s Table, and family-style Italian cuisine at Giovanni’s Table.
