As has been the case on all previous cruises, fans will be able to see EMBRACEunmask the acoustic and electric shows of and participate in activities with the members of the group.

Last year’s edition of “Kiss Kruise” fans had to be vaccinated to attend.

In October, EMBRACE leader Paul Stanley says that the band’s last concert “End of the Road” the tour would likely take place in early 2023.

EMBRACE launched its farewell hike in January 2019 but was forced to put it on hold in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“End of the Road” was originally scheduled to end July 17, 2021 in New York City, but has since been extended to at least early 2023. The trek was announced in September 2018 following a EMBRACE interpretation of the band’s classic song “Detroit Rock City” on “America has talent”.

“I strongly believe that by the start of 2023 we will be done,” Stanley said Ultimate Classic Rock, adding that “it feels natural [for the final show] to be in New York. That’s where the band started, and that was really the context for the band to come together and write these songs and play loft parties and play clubs starting with an audience of probably 10 people,” said he said.” It looks like we should come full circle.”

Stanley went on to say that unlike EMBRACEThe 2000-2001 tour, which was also to be the last, “End of the Road” will really be the last time EMBRACE occurs live. “It’s a different time than we thought [farewell tours] in the old days,” Stanley Explain. “The thing is, physically it’s incredibly demanding to do what we do. Look, we played [recently] in Austin, an outdoor show, 100% humidity. We run over two hours, not only with guitars, but I have over 30 pounds of gear. There’s a moment when you’re like, ‘You know what? It’s more of a challenge than I’d like. And I only want to do it as long as I can do it smiling.

“There’s really no idea to change your mind,” he continued. “It has nothing to do with the personalities of the band or the tensions or a difference of opinion or musicality. It’s purely practical. You can play by beating the clock, but ultimately the clock wins. “

EMBRACEThe current composition of consists of original members Stanley and bassist/singer Gene Simmonsalongside later additions to the band, guitarist Tommy Thayer (since 2002) and drummer Eric Singer (on and off since 1991).

Created in 1973 by Stanley, Simmonsdrummer Peter Criss and lead guitarist Ace Frehley, EMBRACEThe first “farewell” tour of 2000 was the last to feature the band’s original lineup.

Early 2019, Stanley tell australia “Sunday night” this “Rock and Roll All Night” “must be” the song that EMBRACE performs as the last bis during the final concert of the “End of the Road” round. “It’s the rock anthem that connects the world,” he explained. “It was the start of other people making up hymns. They didn’t really exist, per se. So, “Rock And Roll All Nite And Party Every Day”it’s a song that just connects with people on all levels.”

Simmons okay, saying BUILD Series: “How not to end with ‘Rock and Roll All Night’? We will have played this song, probably without exception, more than any other song we have been involved with. You might say, ‘Aren’t you sick and tired of hearing that?’ But I’ll tell you the roar of the crowd, the smell of greasy paint, there’s nothing like it. When you hear everyone getting mad about it and you walk off stage… [it’s] like fire in the belly. You are dog tired; you just put on a great show; and you step onto that stage, when you see the joy on everyone’s face… We’ve seen it all. We’ve been around for generations, but when you see a little 5-year-old kid in EMBRACE make-up on the shoulders of his father who wears EMBRACE makeup, next to her dad… we’re tough guys – nothing affects us much – but this stuff will put a lump in your throat. You have to turn around for a second. It takes me. Yes, it’s music, but it’s generational, and it brings families together instead of separating them. [sic] their.”

Thanks! Looks like a great party!
