First look inside the luxurious new Emerald Azzurra
Emerald Cruises has unveiled new images of the Emerald Azzurrathe first of two superyachts to be launched by the cruise line.
There are new photos of the beautiful ship and it is Emerald Cruises’ first ocean-going ship.
The 100-passenger ship began sailing in Jordan last month and will have fabulous onboard deals.
the Emerald Azzurra features designer furniture, an infinity pool, a café, a wellness center equipped with TechnoGym equipment and an infrared sauna, an observation lounge and 50 cabins – 88% of which include private balconies.
Guests will have access to the laundry room which has free washers and dryers with detergent, steamers, irons and laundry baskets and can also use the full laundry service if they prefer.
the Emerald Azzurra is currently sailing on an eight-day Mediterranean Enchantment itinerary. Ports of call included Aquaba, Jordan and Athens, Greece. The cruise ends in Dubrovnik on April 16, 2022.
The ship’s small size and sleek design make it look more like a luxury yacht than a mega-ship. It even has a marina platform so guests can snorkel, kayak, and paddleboard directly from the ship in select destinations.
the Emerald Azzurra marks the start of a new era for the predominantly river cruise line since its inception in 2014. It is also indicative of a new style of luxury yachts and expedition vessels that cruise lines such as Silversea and Ritz-Carlton launch.
Sakara Emerald will be the second superyacht to join the cruise line when it launches in early 2023.
Onboard cruises Sakara Emerald are more affordable than comparable ships with prices for an ocean view cabin starting at $9,821 per person for the 15-day cruise from Dubrovnik to Nice on October 21, 2023.
